Kapital Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tech Lead for Payment tribe. As Tech Lead you’ll guide a talented group of developers to build innovative and high-performing payment solutions. You’ll design a scalable microservice-based architecture and ensure our systems are top-notch in performance and security. Here's your chance to make a real difference in a fast-moving environment!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver great payment solutions.
• Architect, design, and implement microservices using Java.
• Collaborate with Product and Business teams to align tech solutions with business needs.
• Ensure systems are robust, scalable, and secure.
• Continuously improve development processes and coding standards.
• Solve complex technical challenges and drive innovation across the team.
• Build a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and technical skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Strong expertise in microservice architecture and design.
• Proven experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Leadership experiencewhether mentoring a team or owning the full development lifecycle.
• You don’t need to be a payments expert, but familiarity with the Payment domain is a plus!
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with both technical and business teams.
