• Oversee the development and enhancement of business banking products and services tailored to meet the specific needs of SMEs.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless integration of SME Business Banking solutions into the overall product portfolio.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities within the SME business banking sector.
• Utilize insights to inform product development and strategic decision-making.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with SME clients, gathering feedback to enhance existing offerings and identify areas for improvement.
• Responsible for budgeting and financial performance of the SME Business Banking Tribe.
• Implement cost-effective strategies while ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services.
• Collaborate with leaders from other tribes to identify synergies and opportunities for cross-tribe collaboration.

Tələblər

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven leadership experience in a similar role, preferably within the SME business banking or financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of SME business banking needs, challenges, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
• Track record of successful product development and innovation.
