• Responsible for managing Procurement to Payment process, result-oriented to support project delivery;
• Shall be responsible for sourcing and qualification of excellent suppliers;
• Shall be responsible for supplier selection by formulating different strategies in different cases;
• As country Procurement Manager to deal with the long-term supplier relationship management and growth development;
• Work closely with the projects team to monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery issues, supportive in manage the deliverables;
• Be familiar with market benchmark, be able to analyze the competition status and trend, understand basic international and local laws and regulations;
• Participate in the early involvement of procurement in key sales projects, support project bidding, execute bidding strategies, and assist in developing the implementation and achievement of subcontracting resource assurance solutions for key projects;
• Any other task(s) that may be assigned from time to time.

NamİZƏDƏ TƏLƏBLƏR

• Bachelor degree or above in business administration, engineering or any related field of study from a recognized university;
• Minimum 3 years field procurement experience, multiple task handling;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent negotiation & communication skills;
• Knowledge on products, technologies, and project management within the ICT industry is an added advantage;
• Speaking native Azeri and Fluency in English are essential, other language is added advantage;
• Good in logic, be able to convince and influence with reasoning and work output with quality;
• Most importantly sense of responsibility, result oriented and team spirit.
