• Prepares technical & commercial quotations
• Understands customer’s problems, recommends solutions to meet their needs, and ensures customer satisfaction
• Analyze technical needs, requirements, and the state of a customer’s current infrastructure, operations, and engineering workflows
• Development of architecture, formation of technical specifications
• Participate in design reviews and development of architecture with feature team’s discussions to enhance best practices during development
• Drive strategic and alliance discussions with technology vendors
• Meet customers on a regular basis to understand their needs

Technical

• Knowledge and experience of configuration tool / (e-config (IBM), LESC, DCSC, DSCT, SSC (IBM, Lenovo), / OCA, SBW (HPE) / (Cisco) CCW tools / Dell Solutions Configurator / Microsoft / Veeam backup / VMware / Software Solution licensing quotation
• Knowledge of technical expertise in product
• Equipment Experience: servers, storage systems, network equipment (data center)
• Knowledge and experience with Servers, storage systems, and network equipment (data center)
•  Knowledge of SAN, NAS, and DAS technologies
• Network and Cyber Security / Firewalls
• Server/Storage Configurations
• Virtual Server/ Backup
• VMware Virtualization/VSAN
• VOIP / PBX Servers network
• Wireless LAN
• Fiber Optical Communications

Soft

• Strong passion for customer problem solving, great active listening skills, and the ability to convert concerns, feedback, and needs into repeatable business through products and capabilities with a simple user experience that astonishes customers
• Ability to convert technical details into business needs and vice-versa

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communication engineering or computer or similar
• 3-5 years of Pre-sales or sales engineering experience
