• Work schedule: Mon – Fri, 09:00-18:00 (Saturday and Sunday - days off)
• Team work
• Final salary offer based on interview results

NamİZƏDƏ TƏLƏBLƏR

• 3+ years of experience in UX design;
• Experience in using Figma;
• Thorough understanding of Usability and Visual design principles;
• Ability to clearly understand the goals of end users, needs, behaviours and their contexts of use;
• A clear understanding of user-centric design and design thinking, as well as ability to implement them;
• Strong ability to effectively communicate design processes, decisions, ideas, and solutions to stakeholders, product manager and team members;
• Ability to balance business and user needs;
• Attention to details;
• Empathy and being a good team-player;
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written);
• Ability to meet deadlines;
• English level B1.
• You’ll have an advantage if you have:
• Knowledge in Cognitive Psychology and ability to apply it to design process;
• Experience in UX writing;
• Understanding of web and mobile development process;
• Experience in designing Customer experience;
• Previous experience in working in Agile/Scrum team.

What will you do:

• Communicate with stakeholders to understand the business goals, the client and user needs;
• Deliver UX artefacts: Use Cases, User Scenarios, User Goals, Workflows and Information Architecture;
• Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes based on user and business needs, test and iterate solutions;
• Hand over the designs to developers;
• Plan and conduct user research and user tests.
