• Procures and interprets legal advice to internal team, and ensure compliance with law and regulations
• Coordinates legal support for new and established investments across real estate specialism including hospitality and asset management
• Support the negotiation and drafting of critical contracts, optimising for commercial outcomes whilst protecting company from foreseeable circumstances
• Works with other internal stakeholder groups, including finance/investment and other brands within the Holding Group, to define and manage a regulatory strategy in support of operational services

NamİZƏDƏ TƏLƏBLƏR

Desired background:

• General knowledge of law
• Experience in the field of commercial law, real estate law, sales and purchases
• Work experience in hospitality industry and asset management;
• Reviewing and drafting various types of contracts and legal acts in both Azerbaijani and English
• Capability to analyse issues relating to business law, and proposing appropriate practical solutions

Required skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (master degree would be preference)
• 5+ years of experience working in real estate sales. International experience or experience working with international developers on luxury branded real estate sales would be a preference
• Experience in a team management
• Perfect skills of speaking and writing in Azerbaijani and English
• Held similar position in local or international working environment
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills, particularly clear and concise written communication
• Excellent negotiation skills and full resilience in handling pushback from the business
