We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Junior Software QA Engineer to join our team. Your responsibilities will include performing various testing activities, documenting test results, and identifying and reporting software defects.

Job responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to understand project requirements and define test cases.
Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to thoroughly test software applications, websites, and digital platforms.
Monitor and track bug and effectively communicate issues to the development team.
Validate and verify fixes and enhancements implemented by the development team.
Participate in usability testing and provide feedback on user interfaces, workflows, and overall user experience.
Collaborate with the development team to reproduce and debug issues reported by end-users or identified during testing.
Stay up to date with industrys best practices and emerging trends in software testing and quality assurance.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies within the team.

Skills and abilities:

• Experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Ability to work with Jira.
• Knowledge of Automation Quality Assurance processes, principles, and methodologies, including basic familiarity with Selenium, TestNG, Java, GitHub, Postman, and JMeter.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in designing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Proficiency in using bug tracking systems and test management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to think analytically.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide clear and concise feedback.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

⏰ Working hours:

• We work 4 days a week from 10 am to 7 pm in our office, Fridays are flexible. (13:00-14:00 lunch time)
