• Receiving and processing PRs
• Prepare RFI/RFP & proceed with sourcing for purchasing goods & order service works in local & international market
• Checking full conformance of client PO with provided quotation,
• Full tendering  and procuring process for procurement of the goods and services
• Coordination of technical and commercial negotiations between vendors and operations team
• Support or lead negotiations with decision makers of suppliers to secure appropriate contracts and getting best possible discount
• Continually research markets, seek new suppliers and negotiate Terms and Conditions to achieve the best cost and supply terms (including favorable credit terms)
• Expedite critical requests and prepare and communicate status reports for customer
• Attend operations meetings and understand / interpret project requirements, including quality, delivery, specifications, price and ensure that these requirements are understood and reflected by the procurement team throughout the procurement cycle
• Carry out any other activities within the Supply Chain function as directed by Manager

NamİZƏDƏ TƏLƏBLƏR

2 years’ experience in Procurement/Sales Team (Oil and Gas Industry)

Language:

Azerbaijani/Russian/ English- on level of profesional business communication
