• Assist with all aspects of purchasing, negotiations, strategy, tool and process implementation for procurement related to goods and services
• Builds strong relationships internally and externally with vendors, fostering collaboration and teamwork
• Assist with implementing and maintaining procurement policies and reviews on a regular basis to ensure relevance and conformance with best practices and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory policies.
•  Ensures process documents are complete, current, communicated and stored appropriately
• Identify the most profitable suppliers and initiate business partnerships
• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
• Collaborate with key persons to ensure the clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company
• To investigate potential suppliers to determine if they meet the specified requirements
• To negotiate with contractors on price, mode of shipping, and delivery time
• To interact with suppliers daily to resolve transactional issues and gather critical information.

• High education.
• Possess good interpersonal, communication, negotiating and analytical skills
• Good team player
• Calm, professional attitude and approach to work.
• Strong attention to detail
• Solid computer skills (proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook)
• Languages: Azerbaijani (native), English (intermediate), Russian (intermediate)
