Responsibilities:

• Responsible for analyse/assess the organization’s IT requirements (short and long-term) and recommend acquisitions and/or upgrades to top management.
• Responsible for the overall planning, organizing and execution of all IT functions at the location (SDM Office, plants and any other branches). This includes managing all IT Operations to meet customer requirements as well as the support and maintenance of existing applications and development of new technical solutions.
• Responsible to maintain and manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade and support all IT systems including servers, PCs, operating systems, telephones, software applications, technologies and peripherals.
• Responsible to manage, design, develop and maintenance of the business applications including EPR (modernizing the legacy systems) and develop Standard Operating Procedures and best practices, including written protocols and guidance to IT team members and end users.
• Responsible to execute new customization in SAP based business and module owners’ requirements and oversee systems development, enhancement and integration of new systems with existing systems.
• Responsible in continuous benchmark of company's IT function for the best practices across the industry in order to provide a competitive advantage and support IT operations and maintain zero downtime through efficient processes and SLAs.
• Responsible to execute new design, customization and implementation in SAP, MIS and IRIS based business and module owners’ requirements and oversee systems development, enhancement and integration of new systems with existing systems with different vendors.
• Responsible in continuous benchmark of company's IT function for the best practices across the industry in order to provide a competitive advantage and support IT operations and maintain zero downtime through efficient processes and SLAs.
• Responsible to ensure the creation and maintenance of all written documentation including systems, user manuals, license agreements, documentation of modifications and upgrades.
• Responsible in evaluating the performance of his direct reportees and provide performance evaluation reports to the HR & Admin department and assess the training needs of his staff and prepares a training plan in coordination with the HR & Admin department- Applicants should be good at identifying new technologies / tools to support the company strategy implementation.
• Applicants who can set up policies and procedures that act as guidelines for continuous automation of efficiency gaps and spearhead change management initiatives for adoption of new or improved IT processes and procedures across the organization.
• Applicants should have good exposure towards planning budget for IT activities across the business units and locations along with annual budgeting process and to be the custodian of the company's intellectual property, information data, infrastructure, network systems, hardware / software systems by implementing a sound security access control framework.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor degree in Computer engineering, computer science, applied math, electric and electronics engineering or other relevant degree
• Min 10 years of experience, with 5 years in managerial role
• Preferably experience in production facilities or in oil and gas
• Experience in ERP systems and SAP, preferably experience in SAP implementation
• Managerial qualifications, to know the management and administration requirements
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency in English language
