• Participate in establishment and maintenance of a function that provides a consistent and integrated approach to IT governance in line with the organization’s corporate governance requirements
• Put in place and maintain governance practices and resources to enable governance activity to be conducted with reasonable independence from management activity, in line with the organization’s requirements;
• Establishes and maintains the policies for compliance with the organization’s obligations and ensures proper relationships between the organization and external parties, with valid interest in the organization’s governance, are in place;
• Coach, advise and drive adoption of developed policies and procedures and implementation of the action plans;
• Partner with Infrastructure, Information Security and other related teams to ensure that standards are met.

Tələblər

• Previous experience/ knowledge of IT governance/standards or policies
• Deep knowledge of relevant control frameworks such as ISO27001, CobiT, and ITIL.
• Good technical knowledge, with an ability to translate technical aspects back to the business
• Highly motivated self-starter with an ability to build strong & trusted relationships both internally and externally
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, end users and third parties.
