We are seeking a skilled CRM Tech Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CRM systems, strong technical skills. He/She will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our CRM system for Corporate block, ensuring they meet the needs of the business and enhance customer relationships. This role will also involve working closely with CRM vendors to manage and optimize vendor related activities.

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of CRM system.
• Oversee the integration of CRM system with other business applications.
• Ensure the CRM system is properly configured and customized to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to CRM processes and systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement CRM enhancements.
• Manage CRM-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with CRM vendors to manage system updates, enhancements, and support issues.
• Act as the primary point of contact with CRM vendors for technical and functional matters.

Tələblər

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a development/deployment of CRM applications,
• Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices..
• Experience with CRM integration and data migration.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience working with CRM vendors, managing vendor relationships, and negotiating contracts.
• Familiarity with API integration and web services.
