• Discussing, drafting, reviewing and negotiating the terms of business contracts.
• Acting as the main legal point of contact for clients, suppliers and manufacturers.
• Create, draft, revise and finalize a variety of contracts with customers and suppliers.
• Working with third parties to ensure that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities.
• Maintain excellent working relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
• Meet with customers to discuss both legal and business matters.
• Ensure the organization's internal contract documents are accurate and well maintained.
• Making sure that all related documents are in line and meet the established deadlines.
• Coordinating with Finance, Procurement and Sales departments to oversee and implement legal activity

NamİZƏDƏ TƏLƏBLƏR

• Demonstrate a solid understanding of legal terminology
• An understanding of the International Trade
• Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills in English, Russian and Turkish
• Exemplify a strong attention to detail
• Possesses superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines
• Must have strong computer skills and knowledge of common programs such as Microsoft Office
• Previous experience working with contract regulations the related laws is strongly preferred
• Capable of professionally managing confidential information
• Exemplify creative problem-solving abilities
• Working under pressure and with relatively heavy work load during overdrive
• Comfortable working as part of a multidimensional team
