• Plans, organizes, and directs the operations of the Asset Management SYSTEM  and investigate and resolve discrepancies and accuracy issues of the AMS
• Analyzes annual budgets and capital improvement plans to the beginning of each year to better understand that year’s plan for the property
• Managing the asset database, controlling full life cycle of each asset from acquisition through disposition also leading the annual budget, business planning, and reforecasting processes
• Tracking and maintaining an accurate inventory of assets throughout their life cycle
• Review policies and make recommendations for potential adjustments, collaborate with the asset management team, budget holders and senior executives, working with asset management systems and tracking technologies
• Developing and maintaining processes for managing and tracking the assets and maintenance life cycle, from procurement to retirement
• Efficiently communicate asset management strategies to team members and budget holders in a timely and to review accounts and to ensure policy compliance and asset maintenance
• Provides training and technical guidance in asset management principles and decision-making processes; assists department leadership in business process documentation and improvement
• Execute ad hoc, special reports as assigned

NamİZƏDƏ TƏLƏBLƏR

• Higher education (BA or MSc in Economics or Finance is essential)
• 5 years of experience in Finance
• Fluent in the Azerbaijani and English (Russian is advantage)
• Experience in Telecommunication
• Solid user of Microsoft Office programs
• Team work and collaboration skills

• Knowledge and experience in fixed assets and inventory managment process
