Art Director

We are looking for a talented and motivated Art Director. The successful candidate must possess excellent leadership qualities, with the ability to maximize the talents of their team and also deliver creative solutions to the requests of clients. Art Director will work closely with the client service department to deliver engaging content that meets the expectations of our customers.

Responsibilities

• Delivering strategic communication solutions that help our clients attain their marketing and communications objectives
• Work with the brand team to produce new, modern, digital and inspirational ideas for branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.
• Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions.
• Develop exceptional and well-crafted copy that meet clients’ requirements.
• The ability to lead, coach, inspire and motivate design team to create and deliver truly remarkable, influential and impactful artworks.
• Experience and ability to succeed in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced environment
• To be responsible for the brand’s visual guidelines and applying these guidelines through all design lay-outs of the brand
• Continually learning, evaluating and implementing new marketing communications technologies within the agency and for client campaigns.

NamİZƏDƏ TƏLƏBLƏR

Requirements

• 4+ years’ work experience in related field. (International Markets recommended)
• Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian and English Languages.
• Experience in well-known successful projects with a supporting portfolio, more digital background recommended.
• Proficiency with Designing Platforms (Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premier, Illustrator etc.), CorelDraw Programs
• A strong eye for visual composition
• Detail oriented
• Stress tolerance
• Professionalism
