• Manage accounting transactions
• Publish financial statements in time
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely bank payments
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
• Track financial transactions and documents
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
• Comply with financial policies and regulations 
• Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
• Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
• Maintaining historical records
• Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing pay checks
• Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance
• Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
• Continuing to improve the payment process
• Performing other tasks given by Finance Manager;
• Preparation of other reports and providing required information to the Finance Team.

NamİZƏDƏ TƏLƏBLƏR

• High education in Finance or/and Accounting;
• At least 2 years of experience in hospitality on similar position; Hospitality background is highly important;
• Advanced proficiency in OPERA PMS, NETSIS, MS Office programs – especially in Excel;
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English languages;

Desirable Criteria:

• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work;
• Attention to details, critical thinking, and readiness to work under tight deadlines.
• Able to work effectively with minimal supervision;
• Motivation for professional development and career growth.
