“Agro Dairy” LLC, operating in agriculture announces a job admission to the position of "Account Payable Junior Specialist."

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- assemble, review, and verify invoices and check requests
- sort, code, and match invoices, set invoices up for payment
- enter and upload invoices into system
- track expenses and process expense reports
- reconcile accounts payable transactions
- prepare analysis of accounts
- monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
- produce monthly reports
- assist with month end closing
- maintain accurate historical records

NamİZƏDƏ TƏLƏBLƏR

REQUIREMENTS:

- Ability to work as team member
- Proficient in Excel
- Knowledge of general accounting procedures
- Knowledge of Azerbaijani and English ("intermediate" level and above)
- Proficient in data entry and management

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Place of work – Baku
Reports to – Finance Manager.
