Responsibilities:

• Forecasting levels of demand for products (hotels, ground handling, and third-party services) to meet the business needs.
• Keeping a constant check on stock levels.
• Conducting research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules, and quality.
• Liaising between suppliers and relevant internal departments.
• Identifying potential suppliers, visiting existing suppliers, and building and maintaining good relationships with them.
• Negotiating and agreeing contracts and monitoring their progress, checking the quality of service provided.
• Producing reports and statistics using computer software.
• Ensuring suppliers are aligned with internal business objectives.
• Travel in contract areas to conduct cite inspections, quality and H&S assessments, negotiate/bargain on deals. 
• Responsible for building revenue growth by developing strong hotel relationship within the Azerbaijan and Georgia.
• Negotiating favorable inventory rates and allocations.
• Identify new opportunities to increase commission. 
• Improving booking revenue both online and offline.
• Evaluating market trends and competitor activity.
• Dealing with Product Development to improve quality and selection of products. 
• Dealing with PR & Communications to improve sales.
• Creating, organizing, and maintaining a contracts database and making it available for the relevant departments through the use of dedicated software, within the company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science or higher.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Hospitality.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Hotel sales.  
• Excellent knowledge of Revenue Management concepts and functions pertaining hotels
• Languages: Azerbaijani; English; Russian.
• Superb negotiation and bargaining skills.
• Ability to create and manage multi-faceted deals. 
• Excellent social skills.
