Helpdesk specialist

Work description

• PC Hardware diagnostics;
• PC Software diagnostics;
• PC Service software installation;
• PC operating system troubleshooting;
• Peripheral device (printer, scanner, etc.) installation;
• File recovery;
• Antivirus installation and virus removal;
• Technical support requests’ handling;
• Server and computer network troubleshooting.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Relevant degree (IT, Cybernetics, Computer Engineering, etc.);
• At least 1 year experience in the related field;
• Broad knowledge and experience in Windows 7,8,8.1,10 installation/configuration;
• Experience in setup of passive, active network and other computer equipment;
• Experience in computer and peripheral equipment repair and installation;
• Theoretical and practical knowledge about network and server fundamentals;
• Vmware ESXi and Vsphere skills;
• Experience in helpdesk is an asset;
• Responsibility, accuracy, efficiency and problem-solving;
• Age: 24 – 35;
• Azerbaijani (fluent), Russian/ English (working knowledge);

• Location: Sumqayıt;
• 5-day work week (09:00-18:00);
• Lunch/transport;
• Labor relations as per AR Labor Code;
• Salary 400-500 AZN
